Polystyrene Foam Board, also name as extruded polystyrene foam (XPS) is made of general purpose polystyrene through special process where the hard expanded board is extruded. Other materials blowing agent, nucleating agent and fire retardant are also need during the production. The sealed and foamed structure has many advantages.

There are different surface and edge available: smooth surface, rough surface, grooved surface, embossing surface, SL overlap edge, TG tenon edge

Application:
Polystyrene Foam Board is often used in insulation system as follows:
Wall insulation: insulating the heat, strengthening the wall durability, decorating the wall;
Inverted roof insulation: put on the top of roof to avoid the water-proof layer being damaged and leaka
Cold room construction: prevent condensation frost, ensure the normal structural usage and efficiency in harsh condition
Ground floor: protecting the floor from vapor permeance and corrosion, insulating the heating losing on the floor
Ground frost control: control ground frost by putting the XPS under the roadbed layer,extend underground construction;
Factory layer: interlayer insulation in various layers such as doors, steel plates,
Interior decoration: used as decoration materials in the hotel, office, house, etc.
